This policy explains how we handle information when you use the AI Sound Effect Generator mobile application and related services.

Plain-language summary. We use your account to keep sounds, tickets, credits and Pro access connected. Prompts are sent to our audio-generation backend. Free users and users who only buy credits may see ads. Pro users do not see ads. You can delete your account and associated data in the app or request deletion on the web.

We use information to authenticate you; create and deliver audio; maintain your library, tickets, credits and subscription; prevent duplicate jobs, fraud and abuse; provide support; measure reliability and product usage; show and measure advertising where applicable; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum necessary data with providers that operate the service, including Google Firebase (authentication, analytics and crash reporting), Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play and Apple App Store (purchases and subscriptions), Apple Sign in with Apple, infrastructure or storage providers, and authorities when legally required. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

4. Audio and local files

Your prompt is sent to the backend selected by the app to generate audio. Saved audio may also be stored locally on your device. Exporting or sharing a file sends it to the destination you choose. Removing the app may remove local files, but it does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

5. Advertising and analytics

Free accounts and accounts that only purchase credits may receive Banner, Native, Interstitial and optional Rewarded ads. Pro disables ads while the plan is active. Rewarded tickets are added only after reward completion is confirmed. We use analytics to understand feature use and reliability; we do not intentionally send the full text of your prompts to advertising analytics.

6. Retention

We keep account and service data while your account is active and for the time reasonably needed to provide the service. Temporary generation files may be removed sooner. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify data under our control unless limited information must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution or another legal requirement. Store transaction records may also remain with Google or Apple under their policies.

7. Your choices and rights

You may adjust language, autoplay, ad consent and operating-system permissions; export or delete saved audio; and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Use Settings → Account and data → Delete account for in-app deletion, or visit the web deletion page.

8. Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes the account, backend jobs, generated files under our control, ticket and credit balances, and local app files. Deletion cannot be undone. Purchased credits have no cash value and are not restored after deletion. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage the subscription in the applicable store. If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke the associated authorization when the production server completes deletion.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].

Tài khoản Free và tài khoản chỉ mua credit có thể nhận Banner, Native, Interstitial và Rewarded tự nguyện. Pro tắt quảng cáo khi gói còn hiệu lực. Vé Rewarded chỉ được cộng sau khi hoàn thành và xác nhận quảng cáo. Chúng tôi không chủ ý gửi toàn bộ nội dung prompt vào analytics quảng cáo.

6. Thời gian lưu

Dữ liệu tài khoản và dịch vụ được giữ khi tài khoản hoạt động và trong thời gian hợp lý để cung cấp dịch vụ. File tạo tạm có thể bị xóa sớm hơn. Sau khi xóa tài khoản, dữ liệu do chúng tôi kiểm soát sẽ được xóa hoặc khử định danh, trừ thông tin tối thiểu phải giữ để chống gian lận, kế toán, thuế, tranh chấp hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý. 8. Xóa tài khoản

Xóa tài khoản sẽ xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản, job backend, file tạo do chúng tôi kiểm soát, số dư vé/credit và dữ liệu cục bộ của app. Không thể hoàn tác. Credit đã mua không có giá trị tiền mặt và không được khôi phục sau khi xóa. Xóa tài khoản không tự hủy gói trên App Store hoặc Google Play; bạn cần quản lý gói tại cửa hàng. Với Sign in with Apple, máy chủ production sẽ thu hồi quyền liên kết khi hoàn tất xóa.

9. Bảo mật và xử lý quốc tế

Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý nhưng không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Nhà cung cấp có thể xử lý dữ liệu ngoài quốc gia của bạn theo các biện pháp bảo vệ áp dụng.

10. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ không hướng đến trẻ dưới 13 tuổi hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu cao hơn tại quốc gia của trẻ. Hãy liên hệ nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ chưa đủ tuổi đã cung cấp thông tin.
