Delete your account
The fastest method is in the app: open Account → Settings → Account and data → Delete account. The in-app flow verifies your sign-in and deletes the account directly.
Deletion is permanent. We delete your profile, backend jobs and generated audio under our control, ticket and credit balances, transaction history stored by this service, and local app files. Purchased credits cannot be restored. Limited records may be retained only where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.
Before deleting
- Export any audio you want to keep.
- Cancel an active Pro subscription in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting the account does not cancel store billing.
- Store purchase records may remain with Google or Apple under their policies.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, submit the email used with Google or Apple. We record the request immediately, then verify ownership before deleting data. Keep the reference number.
Xóa tài khoản
Cách nhanh nhất nằm trong app: mở Tài khoản → Cài đặt → Tài khoản và dữ liệu → Xóa tài khoản. App sẽ xác minh đăng nhập rồi xóa trực tiếp.
Không thể hoàn tác. Chúng tôi xóa hồ sơ, job backend và âm thanh tạo do chúng tôi kiểm soát, số dư vé/credit, lịch sử giao dịch do dịch vụ lưu và file cục bộ của app. Credit mua thêm không thể khôi phục. Chỉ giữ dữ liệu tối thiểu khi pháp luật yêu cầu cho thuế, kế toán, chống gian lận hoặc khiếu nại pháp lý.
Trước khi xóa
- Xuất các âm thanh bạn muốn giữ.
- Hủy Pro trong Google Play hoặc Apple App Store. Xóa tài khoản không tự dừng thanh toán của cửa hàng.
- Google hoặc Apple có thể tiếp tục giữ hồ sơ mua hàng theo chính sách của họ.
Gửi yêu cầu xóa trên web
Nếu không vào được app, hãy gửi email đã dùng với Google hoặc Apple. Hệ thống ghi nhận ngay và xác minh quyền sở hữu trước khi xóa. Hãy giữ mã yêu cầu.
